基因芯片技术是一种多学科交叉融合产生的高新技术,该技术具有高效、大信息量和高特异性的特点,其在食品研究及检测领域中的运用越来越广泛。对基因芯片的概念原理及其主要内容作了介绍,并详述了基因芯片技术在食品领域中的应用现状和前景。
Gene chip technology is a high and new technology stem form multidisciplinary approach. Gene chip technology has characteristics of precision, celerity and big capacity. Its application was more and more extensive on food research and assay. It was briefly reviewed about basic principles and main component. The discussions were focused on the current status and perspectives on the applications of gene chip on food research and assay.
