摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定生化膏中绿原酸与阿魏酸含量的方法。方法Kromasil C18色谱柱(250min×4.6mm,5μm),采用乙腈-1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长λ1=323nm,λ2=327nm。结果绿原酸与阿魏酸分别在0.058-0.812mg/mL、048-6.72μg/mL浓度范围与蜂面积具有良好的线性关系,r〉0.9996;平均加样回收率分别为100.4%、98.99%,相应的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%(n=3)。结论本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制的方法。 Objective A method was established for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid and ferullic acid in Shenghuagao electuavy by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-1% glacialacetic acid water for gradient elution. Chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid were determined by dual wavelength of 323 nm(λ1 )and 327 nm(λ2). Results The linearities were in the range of 0. 058-0. 812 mg/mL for chlorogenic acid, and 0.48-6.72 μg/mL for ferulic acid; the average recovery was 100.4% and 98. 99% ,RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid. It can be used for quality control in production of Shenuhuagao electuavy.
