摘要
我国矿业工程评估一般采用折现现金流量法，但由于矿业工程投资期间长，价格波动大，因而常低估矿业工程的投资价值，为此，介绍了近年来基于期权定价技术发展起来的矿业工程评估方法及其在矿业工程中的应用。
In China,discounted cash flow method is generally used for the evaluation of the mining projects.However,as the mining projects are characterized by long investment period and great price fluctuation,their investment value is often underestimated.Therefore,the mining project evaluation method developed on the basis of the pricing technique of future right and its appliation in mining are described.
