摘要
目的:探讨海南黎族脑梗死患者ApoE基因多态性及饮食因素与血脂的关系。方法:对受试者进行血脂检测,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性方法检测ApoE基因多态性,并进行饮食因素调查,分析血脂异常与饮食因素及ApoE的关系。结果:共检测出6种基因型,ε4等位基因与TC、LDL-C正相关,ε2则为负相关;其TC、TG水平由高到低依次为嗜油食(嗜甜食(嗜吸烟(嗜饮酒(P(0.05),其中嗜素食、嗜槟榔者TC、TG无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:黎族脑梗死患者ApoE基因多态性与血脂水平显著相关,不同的饮食方式对血脂水平有一定影响。
Objective: To investigate the relationship of ApoE gene polymorphism, serum lipid levels and dietary factors in Li national patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Serum lipid levels were detected in all subjects, ApoE gene polymorphism was tested by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment-length poly- morphism (PCR-RFLP), and their dietary factors were investigated, the relationship of ApoE gene to dyslipidemia and dietary factors were analyzed. Results: 6 genotypes were showed in this study, ε4 allele was positively correlated to TC and LDL-C, while ε2 was negatively correlated, As to diet, the level of TC and TG from high to low was high-fat-diet 〉 sweetaholic 〉 tobaccoholic 〉 alcoholic (P 〈 0.05), TC and TG had no differences in vegan and betelnut-liker( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions : ApoE gene polymorphism is correlated to serum lipid levels in Li national patients with cerebral infarction, and different dietary styles also contribute to serum lipid level.
