中晚孕胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤的超声诊断

Ultrasonic diagnosis of cervical lymphatic hygroma in fetus during middle and late pregnancy

目的:探讨超声检查对诊断中、晚孕胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤的作用。方法:回顾分析产前系统超声检查诊断的8例中、晚孕胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤的声像图特点。结果:8例均为有分隔水囊瘤;7例发生于颈部,1例发生于腋下;1例为宫内死胎;25%为单纯性囊肿,75%伴合并症。结论:胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤常伴多种畸形,超声检查对本病筛查具有重要价值。

Objective： To discuss the contribution of Ultrasonic diagnosis in fetus with cervical lymphatic hygroma during middle and late pregnancy. Methods： The sonogram features of cervical lymphatic hygroma in fetuses during middle and late pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Separated hygroma was showed in 8 fetuses, of 7 located cervically, of 1 located subaxillaryly, of 1 fetal death in utero; 25% were simple cyst and 75% had complications. Conclusions： Cervical lymphatic hygroma in fetuses are often accompanied by diverse deformities. Ultrasonic checkup has high value on screening.
