压缩冷凝机组吸气温度及吸气压力精确控制的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在依据第二制冷剂量热计法设计搭建的0.6~35kW制冷量全自动压缩冷凝机组性能测试系统中,通过优化量热器和管路设计并采用模糊自适应PID控制代替目前常用的PID控制,解决了系统测试冷量范围大P、I、D参数整定困难以及被控参数互相耦合导致吸气温度和吸气压力无法同时达到稳定的问题,实现了对制冷系统中吸气温度及吸气压力的精确控制,使参数控制精度满足标准JB/T9056—1999对压缩冷凝机组性能测试的要求,并给出了该系统模糊A适应PID控制的基本设计过程。 An automatic experimental system was introduced, which can test the performance of refrigeration compression condensing unit with 0.6 - 35kW wide range of cooling capacity in which the fuzzy adaptive PID is applied to the control system instead of traditional PID control. The application of fuzzy adaptive PID solves the unstable problem of suction temperature and suction pressure which is caused by intercoupling and the difficult problem of adjusting PID parameter for different testing conditions is also solved. The main design process of the fuzzy adaptive PID is introduced .
