摘要
针对密集井口丛式井钻井时存在井眼碰撞问题,文中通过研究井场与构造的相对位置,分析井口与目标的对应关系,科学安排井口与钻井目标,优化井眼剖面,合理分布井眼轨道,整体考虑钻井施工方案,防止了井眼碰撞。埕海一区人工井场有76个井口槽,计划钻井51口,其中21口大位移井,且均集中在30°扇区内,在开钻前制订了完整的钻井方案。目前,该钻井方案正在实施过程中,从已经完成的钻井施工来看,仅有一口井因测量仪器出现问题而产生与邻井碰撞,其他井实施基本顺利。
There is danger of wellbore touch in the process of cluster well drilling in intensive wellhead. Relative position of wellsite and structure was studied and correspondence relationship was analyzed. The anti-touch problem was solved by scien- tifically arranging wellhead and drilling target, optimizing borehole profile and track, wholly considering drilling construction scheme. There are totally 76 wellheads in the artificial well site in district 1 of Chenghai Oilfield. As many as 51 wells were planned to drill. Among them, there are 21 extended-reach wells which are all located in a sector of 30°. An integral drilling scheme was made before spud in. At present, the scheme is being implemented. Filed results show that all the wells are conducted successfully except that a well was touched with near borehole because of measuring instrument error.
