摘要 介绍ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件仿真算法原理,通过建立弹丸垂直侵彻钢板模型进行显式动力分析。由MATLAB提出一种基于加速度的侵深计算方法,该算法达到侵深算法指标。运用该算法求解实测弹靶数据,所得结果与事实非常相近。相比传统的仿真和算法,该算法有易使用和实时的特点。最后提出该算法硬件电路的设计方案。 In this paper,the principle of algorithm for ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulation is introduced, through the establishment of a model of missile vertical penetration steel-target for explicit dynamic analysis.By MATLAB,a method of computing penetration depth based on acceleration is presented,which meets the standards of penetration depth algorithm. Using this method to take the penetration overload signal ,and calculate the depth of the simulation penetration ,which gains the filter frequency of stress-wave. Meanwhile, we compute the penetration depth on the data of the actual course utilizing the algorithm.The results are close to face.Compared with the traditional numerical simulation and calculation formula, the algorithm has easy-to-use and real-time features.Finally, the design scheme of the algorithm hardware electro-circuit is proposed.
