Discussion on Developing Non-national Forestry in Daxing'anling Mountain Region of Inner Mongolia

发展非公有制林业对我国生态建设、林业产业发展具有重要意义。针对内蒙古大兴安岭林区的现实,提出国有林区发展非公有制林业必须解放思想、科学规划,遵守国家法律,建立相应的服务体系,遵守相关原则。

Developing non-public ownership forestry has great significance for domestic ecological building and forestry industrial development. Aiming at the reality of Daxing＇anling Mountain in Inner Mongolia, mind emancipation and scientific plan are essential to develop non-publie torestry in state-owned forest areas based on complying with national laws. The corresponding service system should be established according to relevant principles.
