卫生总费用与政府卫生支出关系的动态计量分析

Dynamic Econometrical Analysis of Relationship between Total Expenditure on Health and Government Budgetary Expenditure

文章运用协整理论,通过建立误差修正模型,对我国卫生总费用与政府卫生支出关系开展动态分析,定量分析政府卫生支出对卫生总费用增长的直接推动作用与间接影响效应。结果表明,我国政府卫生支出对卫生总费用的影响是缺乏弹性的,卫生总费用受政府卫生支出影响的趋势逐渐减弱。

This paper analyzes the quantitative relation between total expenditure on health and government budgetary expenditure adopting the methods of co-integration approach and error correction model, estimates direct promotive role and indirect influencing effects of GBE relative to THE. The results indicate that GBE is short-elasticity relative to THE, the influencing role of GBE to THE is gradually weaken in the long run.
