河北省新型农村合作医疗存在的问题及可持续发展研究

The Problems of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care in Our Province and Sustainable Development Research

新型农村合作医疗发展较快,深受农民欢迎,但还存在一些问题需进一步完善。一是参合人数尚需扩大;二是有些制度尚需完善;三是医疗水平尚需提高;四是统筹机制尚需完善。要使新型农村合作医疗做到可持续发展,应兼顾各方利益统筹协调发展;完善有关制度满足农民心愿;注重配套建设加强管理。

The new-type rural cooperative medical care deeply welcomed by the rapid development of farmers, but there still exist some problems still need to be further perfected. First, the number of parameters needed to expand; Second, some systems still need to be perfect; Third, the level of heahh care needed to improve; Fourth, we need to improve co-ordination mechanism, the new-type rural cooperative medical care to achieve sustainable development, should be balanced and coordinated development. Improve the system to meet the wishes of farmers; focus on building support to strengthen management.
