摘要
新疆石河子市将社区卫生服务体系建设纳入重大民生工程,坚持政府主导,完善社区卫生政策,加大财政投入,加强硬件建设,委托大医院管理社区卫生服务机构,完善社区卫生组织体系,社区卫生事业取得了显著成效,但也存在公共卫生服务功能体现不充分、社区卫生服务机构工作效率不高等问题和委托管理存在的问题。
Xinjiang Shihezi City will bring the construction of community health service system into the people＇ s livelihood projects. The community health service has made remarkable achievements by adhering to government-led, improving the community health policies, increasing the financial investment, strengthening the hardware construction, delegating big major hospitals to manage the community health service institutions and improving the system of community health service. But some problems still remain to be solved, such as insufficiency of the functions of public health service, low efficiency of community health service institutions , problems exist in delegated.
