Analysis on Antemarital Examination After Marriage Youth to Go Around in Guangzhou

目的了解我区围婚青年对婚检的认知状况,为提高婚检率提供依据。方法2008年7—9月,以问卷形式调查在白云区民政局婚姻登记处登记结婚的468人。结果有47.22%表示愿意婚检,主要原因是"为了优生",占36.65%;有52.78%的人不愿意婚检,主要原因是"反正要做产前检查,做不做婚检无所谓",占22.22%。结论公众自愿婚检的意识还较淡薄,政府和卫生部门应制定有效完善的、切实可行的政策法规,加强宣传,提高人们自愿婚检意识,有必要恢复强制婚检;通过改善婚检部门的婚检服务质量、宣传孕前保健和给予婚检公假等来促进自愿婚检的行为。

OBJECTIVE To improve the cognition of antemarital examination among the youngs in perimarital period and to provide some reference on how to improve the rate of antemarital examination in Baiyun District. METHODS 468 subjects who had registered in the marriage registry of Civil Affairs Bureau in Baiyun District were investigated by questionnaires.The survey was clone from July to September, 2008. RESULTS 47.22% of the subjects expressed they were willing to have antemarital examination, the main reason was to improve eugenic, which accounted for 36.65%. And 52.78% indicated that they weren＇t willing to do the examination, the main reason was they should do the prenatal examination, so it didn＇t matter whether or not to have the antemarital examination, and this accounted for 22.22%. CONCLUSIONS The public awareness of the voluntary antemarital examination was still weak relatively. The government and all health department should be to develop some effective, complete and feasible policies and regulations, and they also should strengthen promotional activities to raise the awareness of voluntary antemarital examination, and it is necessary to recover the policy of compulsory antemarital examination.We can promote the behavior of voluntary antemarital examination by improving the quality of antemarital examination service in according departments, by promoting pre-pregnancy care and by providing public holidays on antemarital examination.
