摘要 针对哈尔滨第三发电有限责任公司循环水泵供水不足、泵叶片强度不够、运行不稳定等问题,对循环水泵进行了技术改造。在不改变原水泵配套电机、泵壳和管道等的条件下,对泵轮及结构进行改造。通过改造达到了提高叶片强度,增加循环泵流量与效率,提高机组稳定性的目标。改造后安全运行两年证明,技术改造可提高电厂的经济运行水平和安全可靠性,其经济效益十分显著,改造非常成功。 In order to solve the circulating pump disadvantages of Harbin third electric power plant Co., Ltd. such as the lack water supply, insufficient mechanical strength of the blade, instable operating, etc., the circulating pump is rehabilitated on the pump runner and structure without changing the originally pump electric machinery, pump casing and the pipeline. The pump performance has been developed after the rehabilitation. And by the two years' stable operating, it has been proved that the operating ability and the operating stability have been improved, and the economy profit is promoted as well.
