摘要 介绍一种超声波传感器检测装置结合PLC通讯功能在铁路机务等车间的同跨架多台起重机防撞保护系统中的应用。设计了基于FX2N系列PLC的N:N多重网络链接通讯的硬件和软件系统,实现了车间同跨架工作的多台起重机之间信息通讯和远程控制,有效地保证了生产过程中起重机之间的安全距离,防止发生碰撞事故,提高了作业安全系数和工作效率,为今后实现智能化工厂、透明工厂及全集成自动化系统提供技术支持。 The paper introduces the application of an ultrasonic sensor checking device combined with PLC to the anti-collision protection system for muhiple bridge cranes over the same rack in the railway service workshop. It also designs the hardware and software systems, based on FX2. serial PLC, to perform information communication and remote control of the cranes over the same rack. The use of the device can ensure the safety distance among the cranes over the same rack and thus avoiding collision accidents, improved operational safety factor and operational efficiency, and can be served as tech- nical support to intelligent, transparent enterprises and entire integrated automatic system.
