摘要
利用ADAMS软件参数化建模与优化功能建立了渡板助力机构的参数化模型,以翻转渡板过程中人最省力为优化目标,对助力机构的主要结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,在助力机构的作用下,单人就可轻松完成翻转大型渡板的工作。
The paper expounds how the parametric model for the power-assisted mechanism for ferry board is built by means of parametric modeling and optimal functions from ADAMS, and takes man power saving as the optimal object to optimize the main structures of the power-assisted mechanism. The practice shows that a single person can easily turn a large ferry board by the mechanism.
