影响炭黑密相气力输送的各因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过炭黑在气力输送系统的流动实验,得到了炭黑粒径的大小和输送管道阻力、输送压力和管道压损、气体流量和输送能力、输送压力与炭黑粒子破碎率之间的关系曲线,并对此进行了分析,为炭黑气力输送工艺参数的选取和系统的设计提供了参考。 Tests of carbon black pneumatic conveying system are carried and curves of carbon black particle size-pipe resistance, conveying pressure-pipe pressure loss, air flow-conveying capacity and conveying pressure-carbon black breakage rate are obtained. Also, analysis of test results is conducted. The paper can be served as a reference for carbon black pneumatic conveying system design.
