摘要
酶作为一种性能优良的生物催化剂而被广泛应用,由于酶在应用过程中的缺点使固定化技术应运而生,并得以迅猛发展。本中介绍了固定化酶在食品行业、医学领域、环保技术、生物传感器及生物能源方面的应用情况。
Enzyme is widely applied due to its excellent biocatalytic performance. The immobilization technology of enzyme is developed to overcome their shortcomings in preparation. The progress of immobilized enzymes application including food industry,medicine engineering, environment, biosensors and biological energy sources were introduced in this paper.
