辣白菜中明串珠菌的筛选及鉴定 被引量：10

摘要 从辣白菜中分离筛选益生菌-明串珠菌。通过对其生理生化特性的研究以及16S rDNA序列的系统发育树分析确定其分类地位。结果表明属于肠膜明串珠菌,命名为kimshi 001,在NCBI上的登录号为FJ655776。 Probiotic Leuconostoc was isolated from kimchi. The taxonomy was made certain by physico -chemical test and phylogenetic tree based on 16S rDNA sequences. In this work,it is proposed that this strain was classified in the genus of Leuconostoc as Leuconostoc mesenteroides and named kimshi 001 （ GenBank Accession Number： FJ655776）.
