摘要
针对啤酒发酵过程中所存在的大时滞、时变性等特点,运用了双自由度Smith预估器,在Matlab的Simulink环境中对系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:与Smith预估器比较,双自由度Smith预估器其输出更加稳定,能够获得良好的设定值跟踪特性,对模型参数的鲁棒性明显增强,提高了抗干扰能力。
A model of the beer fermentation with large time - delay and time - varying was built and simulated in Simulink environment of Matlab with two - degree - of - freedom Smith predictor. The results showed that compared with Smith predictor, the application of two - degree - of - freedom Smith predictor could produce more stable output, give better performance in set-point tracking, enhance the robustness of the model parametres, and increase the capacity of resisting disturbance.
