摘要 研究了优化超声提取白菊花多糖的工艺。以白菊花多糖含量为考察指标,利用响应面法确定白菊花多糖的最佳超声提取条件。超声提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度81℃,液料比26mL/g,时间48min,提取3次,多糖提取率为5.359%。结论首次得到了以超声法从菊花中提取多糖的工艺路线,与传统工艺比较提取时间明显缩短,提取率增加9.5%。 Aim: to obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of polysaccharide from chrysanthemum morifolium ramat with ultrasonic wave. Methods: the single -factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition. Results: the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 81℃, 26 ml/g (water/dry weight), 48 min, and 3 times. The extract rate of polysaccharide was 5. 359% on the above mentioned conditions. Conclusion: polysaccharide was separated from chrysanthemum morifolium ramat with ultrasonic wave at the first time. The method was time - saving and engery saving, and with efficiency compared with traditional methods.
