2型糖尿病患者血清3-硝基酪氨酸的检测及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨3-硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中的水平及其与血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关联性。方法随机选择T2DM患者38例,健康人对照38例,测定血清中3-NT、MDA、SOD和HbA1c,用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行t检验、相关分析和多元回归等分析。结果患者3-NT(3.38±1.11)nmol/L、MDA(5.10±1.73)nmol/ml、SOD(88.18±27.14)U/ml,与健康人对照组(1.26±0.49)nmol/L、(4.16±1.05)nmol/ml、(103.66±21.51)U/ml相比均有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者血清3-NT与血清MDA、HbA1c为正相关(P<0.05),与血清SOD为负相关,但无显著意义(P=0.106)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示3-NT与MDA、HbA1c呈明显关联性(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者血清中3-NT水平比健康人显著增高,3-NT与脂质过氧化、HbA1c之间的关系较密切。
