摘要 凝胶是一类重要的有序分子聚集体,文中除简述一般凝胶的定义、种类和检测方法之外,结合实验组工作重点介绍由两亲分子形成的凝胶。内容包括两亲分子凝胶的形成机理以及两亲分子之间的非共价键联接作用,包括氢键、配位、π-π堆积和疏水等作用。最后总结了两亲分子形成凝胶的规律。 Gels are a kind of important ordered molecular aggregates. Besides the general description with respect to the definition, variety and testing method of gels, a new amphiphilic gel was emphatically introduced in combination with the work of the research panel. The description covers the mechanism of formation of gel composed of amphiphilic molecules, and the non- covalent- bond couple action between the amphiphilic molecules, such as hydrogen bond, metal -ligand coordination, π-π stacking and hydrophobic action et al. The rules of gel formation were summarized.
