摘要 以甾体皂甙元氧化降解废弃物(R)-4-甲基-5-羟基戊酸甲酯为原料,经包括酯的格氏加成反应、烯烃的臭氧化反应和环氧化合物的亲核加成等六步反应,以60.5%的总收率合成得到了Phytophthora α1性信息素的C(9)-C(16)片段4。 The C(9) -C(16) fragment 4 of the Phytophthora α1 mating hormone has been synthesized starting from the (R)-4-methyl-5-hydroxymetbylpentanoate (8) in 6 steps and in 60.5% overall yield, which was a chiral building block obtained from the waste in the degradation of steroidal sapogenin. The reactions in the synthesis involved Grignard addition of ester, Ozonolysis of alkene and nucleophilic addition of epoxide.
