摘要
采用自由基聚合法合成了一种新型有机-无机清水剂。考察了单体丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵总浓度、稳定剂W浓度、引发剂用量、反应温度、搅拌速度对合成的影响。结果表明,最佳实验条件为:单体丙烯酰胺和二甲基二丙烯基三甲基氯化铵总浓度15%,稳定剂W浓度10%,引发剂浓度0.4 mmol/L[(NH4)2S2O8与NaHSO3的摩尔比为1∶2],反应温度45℃,搅拌速度150 r/min。同时,在油田现场应用,很少的用量就能达到很好的脱水和清水效果。
A new type of organic-inorganic hybrids was synthesized with free radical polymerization. The influences, causing by concentration of stabilizer W, the total concentration of acrylamide monomer and dmethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) monomer,initiator concentration, stir speed, reaction temperature had been studied. The results indicated that the optimal experimental conditions were concentration of stabilizer W 10%, the total concentration of monomer 15 %, stir speed 150 r/min, reaction temperature 45 ℃ ,initiator concentration 0.4 mmol/L[ The molar ratio of ( NH4)2S2O8: NaHSO3 is 1 : 2]. At the same time, the application of hybrids was also introduced at Xijiang oil fields.
