复合粘泥剥离杀菌剂的合成及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵,与高效渗透剂OP-10和分散剂聚环氧琥珀酸复配,形成一种高性能的复合粘泥剥离杀菌剂,对其杀菌效果、粘泥分散性能及粘泥剥离能力进行了研究,还对其缓蚀性及生物降解性进行了考察。结果表明,该复合粘泥剥离杀菌剂具有良好的杀菌效果,在杀菌剂中加入的分散剂聚环氧琥珀酸,提高了其分散粘泥的能力;在杀菌剂中加入的渗透剂OP-10,加强了剥离粘泥的能力。复合粘泥剥离杀菌剂具有良好的生物降解性,其在28 d的降解率达到了85%以上;同时具有很好的缓蚀性能,浓度为50 mg/L时,其缓蚀率达到了90%以上。 A compound adhesive mud remover and bactericide was prepared from compounding of hexadecylldimethyl (2-sulphite) ethylammonium, penetrant (OP-10) and polyepoxide-butanedioic as dispersant agent. Its bactericidal effect, dispersive performance of adhesive mud and peeling effect on biological slime were evaluated. Corrosive performance and biodegradability were also studied. The experimental resuits showed that the compound adhesive mud remover and bactericide had good bactericidal effect, dispersant that was added into it could improve dispersive performance and penetrant that was added into it could improve peeling effect. And it had good corrosive performance and biod egradability. Its biodegrada ble rate was 85% in 28 d and its corrosive rate was 90% when its concentration was 50 mg/L.
