摘要 试验对比研究了钢渣微粉对混凝土工作性、抗压强度、体积稳定性以及耐久性的影响。结果表明,钢渣微粉可以显著改善混凝土的工作性,但也导致了混凝土凝结时间的延长。相对于粉煤灰和矿粉,钢渣微粉的活性略低,配制出的混凝土早期强度略低,但钢渣微粉可以与粉煤灰或矿粉双掺而产生超叠加效应。且钢渣微粉可以显著降低混凝土的干燥收缩,提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,对混凝土的抗冻性也无不利的影响。 Compared with the concrete added by fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS), the effects of steel slag powder on the workability, compressive strength, volume stability and durability of high strength concrete were investigated. The results show that, steel slag powder can improve the workability remarkably, and delay the setting time of the fresh concrete, and it has somewhat cementitious properties and low activity at early ages. At the same time, steel slag powder can reduce the drying shrinkage, and improve the resistance to chloride ion penetrating of high strength concrete remarkably. And the effects of steel slag powder on the freezing- thawing resistance of high strength concrete are not obvious. While both steel slag powder and fly ash or GGBFS is added into concrete together, the properties of concrete could be improved further due to Super-Compound Effects.
