摘要
从我国凹版印刷机行业自主创新开发能力相对缺乏的现状出发,建立凹版印刷机行业数字化设计平台。在分析数字化技术在凹版印刷机设计、开发和制造过程中的应用的基础上,重点介绍了平台的数字化建模、虚拟仿真分析、产品数据管理等功能特征,并对平台构建过程中基于知识的设计技术、并行协同设计、绿色设计技术等的应用进行了相关讨论。
This paper establishes the digitized design platform in the gravure printing machine industry from the reality of relatively lacking independent innovation and development in China. Based on the application of digital technology in the gravure printing machine' s design, development, and manufacture processing, the paper emphasizes on its prominent functional characteristics of digitized constructing platform, virtual simulation analysis, product data management. Meanwhile, some technologies such as knowledge-based design technology, concurrent and collaborative design, green design technology are expatiated.
