凹版印刷机干燥系统的研究

Study on the Drying System of Gravure Press

随着包装印刷工业的快速发展,凹版印刷技术在国内的发展极其迅速,凹印机烘干速度越来越成为制约印刷速度提高的关键因素之一。通过对干燥机理,干燥方式,以及凹印机干燥装置系统的深入分析,提出了对凹印机干燥系统进行全面改进的几项重要措施,如改进空气喷嘴系统、烘干装置的控制系统、凹印机的烘道曲线等。这对凹印机的改进设计和印刷速度的提高起到重要的作用。

With the development of packaging printing, the technique of gravure printing has a rapidly expanding at home, the drying rate of drying mechanism is a key factor in restricting the printing rate of gravure printing. With profound analysis of drying mechanism ,drying way and drying system, the paper put forward some important measures of aUover improving drying system, such as improving air nozzles system,control system of drying device and drying channel curves of gravure press and so on. These measures will play an important role in designing and speeding up gravure printing machine.
