摘要
小型作业机质心是小型作业机检测试验中必测的参数之一,质心位置直接影响作业机的操纵稳定性和行驶安全性。文章采用可倾斜平台法设计了一种自动测量系统,实现小型作业机质量和质心三维坐标的测量。详细介绍了测量原理和方法,及其系统组成。该系统不仅为作业机的质心提供了测量方法,而且也对其他物体质心的测量提供了有效的借鉴。
The centroid of small operation machinery is the must measured one of the parameters in the testing of small operation machinery. The centroid position directly affects the steering stability and roadability of small operation machinery. An automatic measuring system based on tiltable platform method was developed for measuring 3D coordinate mass and centroid of the small operation machinery. This paper analyzed the measurement principle, method and system composition in detail. It not only provided the measurement method for centroid of small operation machinery, but also provided the effective reference for the other objects centroid measurement.
