摘要
针对造纸机液压系统"完成纸张挤压成型的液压缸无法复位"这一典型故障,建立了挤压成型回路的液压系统故障树模型,并且采用上行法,列出了该系统最易出现故障的底事件。在实际应用中,利用分析法和堵截法查找故障的出处,最终确定该系统故障的原因是电磁换向阀的复位弹簧断裂,只需更换弹簧,便可排除故障。实践证明,本方法简便、可靠、实用,具有很好的经济价值和应用价值。
Focusing on the typical fault of the paper machine hydraulic system which having completed extrusion of paper, the hydraulic cylinder can not be reset we established a fault tree model about extrusion of the loop hydraulic system, and used the up-law method to list the end of the incident of system at which most likely to occur. In practice, we use interceptive and analysis methods to find out the source of the fault, and determine the ultimate failure of the system that is due to the breaking reset spring of electromagnetic valve. We just need to replace the spring so as to eliminate fault. The practice proves that the method is simple, realiable and practical with good economic and applicable value.
