摘要
不完全齿轮机构在机动玩具设计中应用广泛。介绍了机动玩具中不完全齿轮机构在齿形、结构、材料应用和加工工艺方面的设计特点。通过机动玩具实例,对玩具动作过程进行了详细描述;根据动作过程,对动作机构不同的设计方案进行了分析。相比其他动作机构,应用不完全齿轮机构可以使玩具实现多动作,并且结构简单、紧凑、动作可靠。
Intermittent gear mechanisms are widely used in action toy design. Design characteristics of intermittent gear mechanisms of action toys are introduced in tooth form, structure, material applying and manufacturing technology. Taking action toy as examples, the action processes are expatiated. Different designs of action mechanisms are analyzed according to the action processes. Comparing with other mechanisms, a toy with intermittent gear mechanism can make more actions, the structure is simple and compact, the action is reliable.
