摘要
以大黄素为原料,经还原,Aldol缩合和光照反应合成了金丝桃素,总收率58.6%,其结构经1HNMR,IR和MS表征。
Hypericin in total yield of 58.6% was synthesized by a three-step reaction of reduction, Aldol condensation and photocyelization from emodin. The structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and MS.
