摘要
依据GB/T5009.49-2003,通过用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定啤酒中甲醛含量,详细分析和评定测定过程中影响结果的各个不确定度分量,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度。
Formaldehyde content in beer was measured by acetylacetone spectrophotometry according to GB/T5009.49-2003. Each uncertainty component influencing the measurement was analyzed in details and the extended uncertainty of the meausred results was obtained.
