On the Improvement of Drilling Equipment Quality by Controlling Technical Data Quality

提出了钻井设备的质量与其技术资料的质量具有正相关性的观点,阐述了技术资料的质量与设备质量的关系,指出不合格的资料对设备质量评价产生严重影响。认为技术资料的质量是设备质量的有机组成,列出了整套钻机设备的主要资料清单。对如何编制设备技术资料提出了建议。

It is presented that the quality of drilling equipment has positive correlation with the quality of technical data. Then based on the explanation of the relationship between technical data quality and equipment quality, it is pointed out that unqualified technical data have severe effects on the assessment of equipment quality. Therefore, main technical data of the entire set of drilling equipment have been listed, for the quality of technical data is one organic component of equipment quality. At last, some suggestions are offered about how to compose equipment technical data.
