Raising the Level of Enterprise Management by Implementing Measurement Management System

为有效地建立和实施测量管理体系,强化计量管理,加强对测量数据分析,达到提升企业管理水平、提高企业经济效益的目的,特此提出了实施测量管理体系须培训审核员、建立健全贯标或标准转换工作班子、组织计量职能部门领导和基层操作人员的培训等具体做法。

In order to establish and actualize measuring management system, strengthen measurement management, enhance the analysis of measuring data, and reach the goal of improving the level of enterprise management and increasing enterprise economic profits,some concrete methods are proposed, which include conducting the system of training auditors in the measuring management system, establishing and perfecting the working group of standards implementation and transformation, and organizing the training.
