摘要
介绍了一种基于Modbus/TCP协议的井下智能测控装置的设计方案。硬件系统采用ARM7与DSPIC的双CPU结构,软件结构分别采用了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ及前后台系统。分析了嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈μIP,给出了μIP的结构及接口函数。提出了Modbus/TCP应用的解决方案,对Modbus/TCP服务器端的软件设计做了详细分析。Modbus协议、工业以太网及TCP/IP协议应用广泛、技术成熟,将Modbus/TCP协议应用在井下智能测控装置中具有较高现实意义。
A design scheme of the underground intelligent measuring and control device based on the Modbus/TCP protocol is introduced. The hardware system adopts the double CPU structure, ARM7 and DSPIC micro-processor. The RTOS and circulation-interruption system are used in the software system respectively. The TCP/IP package μIP is analyzed and the key points of application of the μIP are supplied. The application scheme of the Modbus/TCP protocol is analyzed in detail,including the software solutions. Modbus protocol, industrial ether net and TCP/IP protocol are all widely used. It is valuable to apply the Modbus/TCP protocol to the underground intellectual measure and control device.
