就我国目前实施社区首诊制的必要性和可行性进行了归纳分析,指出目前工作重心不是急于推行社区首诊制,而是社区首诊制各项基础条件和配套政策的建设,不断完善制度设计,提高居民对社区卫生服务机构的信任度,利用试点经验逐步扩大覆盖人群。

We analyzed the necessity and feasibility of first treatment in community. It is not very urgent to practice first treatment in community. First of all, we should build basic conditions and relative health policies for first treatment in community to improve system design. Then we can increase patients trust and expand coverage by pilot experiences.
