摘要 国内质检机构主要采用X射线荧光光谱法测试贵金属首饰的贵金属质量分数,国际铂金协会上海代表处与全国首饰标准化技术委员会共同合作开发研制了铂钌合金标样,以适用于铂钌合金首饰的无损检测。主要介绍国家首饰质检中心研究组进行的铂钌合金标样均匀性、化学定值和无损测试等的实验,结论表明:①随机抽取标样进行正正反、反反正无损测试,均匀性符合合格判定要求;②采用ICP-OES光谱差减法测试标样中钌的质量分数,差减得到铂质量分数,确定了标样的化学值符合梯度要求;③使用标样在X荧光能谱仪上测试建立工作曲线,确定适当的测试参数。由此确定此套标样可以作为无损检测建立工作曲线的标准样品。 The method of X- ray flurescence spetrometry is usually used to determine precious metals contents by the quality inspection organization in China. The Platinum Guild International Representative Office (Shanghai) and the National Standardization Technical Committee of Jewellery developed the standard samples of platinum - ruthenium alloys in order to be used for non -damaged determination. In this paper, the processes of testing homogeneity, determining chemical compositions of the alloys and X - ray flurescence non - damaged determination for platinum - ruthenium alloys are mainly introduced. The results indicate that : ① the homogeneities of the samples are accord with the requirement of eligible determinant af- ter measuring by obverse -obverse -inverse and inverse -inverse -obverse non -damaged determination;② the contents of platinum and ruthenium are accord with the requirement of grads after determining by using ICP spectrometry ; ③ establishing the suitable parameters and the calibration curve on the X - ray spectra. So, it is sure that the standard samples can be used for establishing the calibration curve.
