摘要
人才流失越来越成为制约施工企业发展的瓶颈。从分析施工企业人才流失的动机出发,分析了个人因素、组织因素、社会心态对人才流失的心理影响。
Employee turnover has more and more become the bottleneck of restricting construction enterprises development. This article elaborates from the motive analysis of employee turnover, analyzes the influence of individual factors, the organizational factors, the social point of view.
