摘要
探讨了南京地铁一号线信号系统在运行过程中产生的信号机误报警故障,通过对发生该故障时现场数据的收集、分析与比对,以及对XDZ-B型点灯变压器工作状态的监测,在研究了其灯位转换时的工作原理及流程后,最终明确故障的原因为点灯变压器在灯位转换时的空隙时间Δt过长,不能可靠地满足室内西门子公司信号机系统监测电路的要求而造成误报警。因此,通过改变点灯变压器的工作参数,可以有效解决此类故障。经试验,工作参数修改后,点灯变压器使用良好,故障彻底消除。
This paper discusses the false alarm failure of signal system of Nanjing Metro Line 1. The data are collected , analyzed, and also compared when the failures occurred. By monitoring the working state of XDZ-B lighting transformer, after in-depth study of its working principle and process, we finally found the cause of this false alarm failure : the lapse of time (At) between the light changing from red to green is too long to meet the monitoring requirements of the circuit of indoor Siemens Signal System reliably . Therefore, by changing the operating parameters of the lighting transformer an effective solution to such failures is obtained. After modification of the operating parameters, the lighting transformers worked well, and the false alarm failures are totally eliminated.
