摘要
研制了以PC/104嵌入式微机为数据处理设备、在DOS环境下运行的X荧光分析软件。该软件除能完成文件管理、峰面积计算、定时测量等原有功能外,还能完成谱线光滑、自动能量刻度、谱线识别、自动寻峰、元素的自动定性分析等功能。通过串口通讯,能够将DOS环境下的X射线荧光分析系统程序下载到X荧光分析仪中。应用该分析软件,能够更方便地对核谱数据进行处理与分析。
Software of portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer （XRFA） in the DOS operating environment is developed, and takes PC/104 computer for data-processing equipment. The software can complete not only document management, access of peak area, regular measurement, but also smooth lines, automatic energy calibration, spectral line identification, automatic peak search and automatic elemental analysis. After serial communications, the procedures of the XRF analysis system in the DOS operating environment can be downloaded to portable XRFA. As application of the software, people can facilitate processing and analysis of nuclear spectrum.
