摘要
作者针对一轴流泵模型,基于ANSYSCFX软件,选用标准k-ε和可伸缩壁面函数,在0o叶片安放角下,采用全六面体网格,通过网格无关性分析,选择合适的网格数,分别在定常和非定常条件下进行了多工况点的数值模拟和外特性计算。在此基础上,将数值计算结果与物理模型实验结果进行对比,分析两者的差异,为逐步认识轴流泵CFD数值计算的精度,更好地指导工程应用提供基础。
The author used ANSYS CFX software to analyze an axial-flow pump model with 0°installation angle under steady and unsteady operating conditions. Based on the mesh independence research, the suitable hexahedral mesh number was used for the standard k-ε model with scalable wall function. The difference between numerical simulation, and experimental result was compared and analyzed. This work is of real significance in understanding accuracy of numerical simulation for axial-flow pump.
