基于SCADA系统的气井试油录井系统研究

摘要 目前,气井试油录井主要采用人工方式读取各种仪表数据,并用EXCEL处理。此方式采集参数少、读数误差大、采集周期长、监控效果差、还存在安全隐患。为此,通过对气井试油数据的采集、传输、存储、仿真和处理等过程分析,研制了一套气井试油录井SCADA系统,包括数据采集硬件子系统、数据采集软件子系统、数据处理软件子系统,用这三套子系统协调完成气井试油录井工作。多口井试验结果表明,此系统能够改善基于人工方式的气井试油录井存在的不足,应用效果较好。 At present,various instrument data of oil testing and mud logging for gas wells are mainly gathered through manual mode and then processed by EXCEL. This mode is featured by fewer collected parameters,big recording error,long period of collection,poor monitor and hidden danger. Therefore,through analyzing the acquisition,transportation,storage,simulation and processing of those testing data,a SCADA-based system for oil testing and mud logging has been developed,including 3 subsystems:data acquisition hardware,data acquisition software and data processing software. Those subsystems are applied to the testing and logging work. Experimental results from several wells show that,the system can overcome shortages existing in testing and logging based on the manual mode,and obtain a better application result.
