磨溪气田研磨性硬地层水平井悬空侧钻技术应用实践 被引量:11

摘要 在水平井储层地质导向钻进中,地层发生突变导致钻头偏出产层的情况时有发生,运用悬空侧钻的方法在储层内侧钻,选择更加有利的井斜角继续在储层内钻进,是一种高效、经济的施工方法。磨017-H8井及磨030-H5井在水平段正常地质导向钻进时,由于地层突然变化导致井眼轨迹偏离储层,然后在储层的上部紧邻井段,采用悬空侧钻技术成功地回到储层,提高了储量钻遇率,为实现预计气产量提供了保障。文中介绍了磨017-H8井产层段基本情况、侧钻缘由及悬空侧钻的技术原理、侧钻点的选择依据、钻具组合、主要技术措施、施工简况及效果,得出了一些认识和建议。 During a geo-steering drilling to horizontal-well reservoir,pay zone often changes very suddenly resulted in a bit offset. So,sidetracking,a high-effective and economic technology,has been introduced and it can choose a more suitable deviation angle to drill freely. As in two wells,Mo 017-H8 and Mo 030-H5,wellbore trajectory is offset reservoir just because formation changes suddenly during geo-steering drilling. So,sidetracking was used to these two wells very successfully and a drilling ratio increases. In this paper,it presents the summary of pay zone in well Mo 017-H8,the sidetracking cause and technological principle,the sidetracking-point selecting basis,the bit assembly,the main technological measures,the drilling summary and effect along with some suggestions.
