Analysis on Disinfection and sterilization Effects of Medical Institutions in Hefei in 2008

目的分析2008年合肥市医疗机构消毒效果,为预防医院内感染提供依据。方法合肥市及所属县、区疾病预防控制中心对辖区内医疗机构消毒效果进行监测,操作及判定标准均按《消毒技术规范》及《医院消毒卫生标准》进行。结果共监测了1 105家医疗机构的6 409份样品,总合格率为82.4%,各监测项目的合格率,内窥镜为95.3%,无菌物品92.6%,使用中消毒液89.5%,灭菌器85.1%,紫外线灯强度83.5%;医护人员手、物体表面和室内空气的合格率相对较低,分别为73.2%、72.1%和67.3%;各类医疗机构中,市级以上合格率高于县区级,乡、村级医疗机构合格率普遍较低。结论整体合格率偏低,尤其是无菌物品、灭菌器等关键项目合格率未达100%,存在安全隐患,应引起医疗机构和相关部门的高度重视。乡镇级以下基层医疗机构是今后监测与技术指导的重点。

Objective To analyze the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions Hefei in 2008 and provide a basis for controling in - institution infection. Methods Hospitals or clinics were monitored and evaluated according to technical standard for disinfection,hygiene standard of hospital disinfection by Hefei CDC and other seven districts CDC. Result 6 409 samples in 1 105 medical institutions were detected,the total qualified rate was 82.4%. The qualified rate of Endoscope was highest （95.3% ） , aseptic materials 92.6%, disinfectant solution in use 89.5%, autoclaving 85.1%, radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp 83.5%. Indoor air, the surface of object and hands of medical staffs had a lowest quali- fied rate of 67.3% ,72. 1% and 73.2% ,the qualified rate of city and province was higher than that in districts,the qualified rate of towns and villages was the lowest. Conclusions The total qualified rate was low, the qualified rate of the key item , such as aseptic materials , autoclaving had not reaebed 100%, there existed security vulnerability. Hospital administrative department should strengthen the hospital sterilization and strictly carry out the relative regulations and standards. Medical institution of villages and towns will be the next key point of disinfection monitor and health supervision.
