对建立健全党内激励关怀帮扶机制的思考

党的十七大提出要建立健全党内激励关怀帮扶机制,以关心和爱护基层干部、老党员及生活困难的党员。如何解决党员队伍中特殊群体的生活困难问题,从工作的目标导向和制度措施上更加注重对他们的关心、爱护和激励,以充分调动他们在工作和生产上的积极性与创造性,这是当前各级党组织必须高度重视和认真解决的重要课题。
