Fulfillment of new-type village cooperative medical treatment system has ended the history that the 63% villagers of the whole country＇ s population lack medical guarantee , and has laid a firm foundation for accelerating the social harmony. But as being a public policy , it seems to has the phenomena of injustice in the respect of gender.
