摘要
建设廉洁文化,应该建立一种与"廉洁文化"本身内涵相适应的系统观念。即坚持实现马克思主义的廉洁理论、中国传统廉洁文化思想和国外廉洁文化建设的先进理念与实践经验的有机结合;突出廉洁制度建设;坚持创新,实现制度、监督(预防)、惩处的良性互动。
It should set a kind of systematic concept , to construct the probity culture , that being consistent with the connotation of the＂ probity culture＂. Namely carry on the organic combination within the advanced notions and practical experiences of Marxian pro- bity theory ,Chinese traditional probity culture thought and overseas probity culture construction ; outstanding the probity system construction ; keeping in innovation , and actualize the benign interaction among system ,supervision and punishment.
