摘要
采用干馏挥发和ZnCl2重液洗选相结合的方法回收褐煤中的锗并得到优质焦炭。锗的挥发率随干馏温度升高逐渐增大,在600,800,1000℃时锗的最大挥发率分别为21.5%,76.64%,86.13%。焦炭的固定碳含量受干馏温度影响很小,含量在50.22%~54.14%之间,焦炭的灰分随干馏温度升高、干馏时间增加而增加,含量在41.73%~47.59%之间。用密度为1.4g/cm3的ZnCl2溶液分离焦炭中灰分效果最好,轻产物产量52.34%,平均固定碳含量84.85%,发热量28.43MJ/kg,该轻产物可作为优质冶金焦炭。
The Ge and high grade char are recovered from the lignite by combination of volatilization and flotation. The volatilization rate of Ge are 21.5% , 76.64% and 86.13% at temperature 600, 800 and 1000℃ in an airproof reactor, respectively. There is a little effect of volatilizing temperature on the content of fixed carbon in char, which is from 50.22% to 54.14%. The ash content in char is increased with the increase of temperature and time, it is in range of 41.73% to 47.59%. The optimal separation result is achieved with the the ZnCl2 solution with density of 1.4g/cm^3 , the yield of the light material is 52.34% , and the average fixed carbon content and calorific value are 84. 85% and 28. 43 MJ/kg, respectively. The high grade char product can be used as high quality metallurgical char.
